Well this summer is about half way over.  Man what a summer it has been so far.  I’ve gotten to see Kelsey once so far, and it was great! I’m in a new city without any friends and living with my mom.  Sounds like the dream life for a 23 year old right?  Well it’s just a season so I’m being patient.  I’ve talked in past posts about some of the bright points about being in Kansas City.  I mean if I didn’t look for things to look forward to and enjoy then I’d be a depressed wreck.  Luckily the biggest day of the summer is this Friday. Didn’t you know?  Well, if not then let me fill you in folks!

The season premier of Monk is this Friday.  We get to follow Monk, Natalie, Disher and the whole crew for another hilarious season full of OCD fun.  I can’t wait. However, I’m actually even more excited about another giant happening on Friday.

The Dark Knight!!! Undoubtedly the most anticipated movie of the summer.  At least for my summer.  What a wonderful Friday it will be.*  I wish you all a merry “Biggest Day of the Summer” in advance and I hope to hear your recaps of the day.

*Neither Monk or The Dark Knight will be actually viewed by myself on biggest day of summer due to work restraints.  Due to the luxury of DVR and $5 Monday through Wednesdays at AMC I will have to recap my biggest day of the summer next week.
