Okay, I’ll be the first to correct myself about the title, but for the sake of alliteration it will stay.  I’ve been back and forth to work ever since I got back from my vacation, and my life will only get more hectic.  Anyways, I know two that help when dealing with a busy schedule.  First is that you have to choose to be comfortable and relaxed before your day starts at 5 am.  My new favorite way to relax early in the morning is tea from a company called Yogi Tea.  Currently I’m drinking the flavor called “Fasting”.  Some of the other great flavors I’d like to try include Mexican Sweet Chili, Detox, Pomegranate Green Tea, Tahitian Vanilla Hazelnut and African Redbush Peach.  Secondly, when you have a really busy schedule it is important to have quick foods ready for short lunch times or on the go.  My favorite snack right now is an all time classic.  String cheese!  You can’t go wrong hardly with string cheese. The big question though is…Do you just dive right in, or do you methodically peel each string apart?
